Tried to buy game, got charged but didn't get the game available for download.

Saturday last week I wanted to buy Dishonored which was either 50 or 67% off on xbox live at the time and I proceeded to do so. When I tried to buy it I got an error code which I don't remember, but it was one of these:

It said that I couldn't purchase it because I weren't allowed to or something. I tried several times over, 4 times to be precise and noticed after that I had been charged 13.47$ four times. Three of these purchases went away but there is still 13.47$ missing. I have checked my download history on xbox and also checked the marketplace if I could download the game, but I needed to pay full price to do so. Downloading stuff has always worked previously and also worked after this. Downloaded AMY one hour ago and it worked completely fine. This is a child account but I have been able to download 18+ content before without a problem.

If anyone can help me to find a way to either get my game or my money back that would be higly appreciated!
