Summer of arcade soul pack

Hi. I purchased Charlie Murder and Flashback, but never received my promo code for Ascend: HoK. I looked at the 'my account' page and there was no preferred contact email listed, so I placed my preferred addy there. I automatically assumed that the code would go to the same email my billing confirmations, etc. go to, but it hasn't. Can you rectify this for me please?

Can you double check your spam/junk folders to make sure it wasn't sent there.  Remember, messages would have been sent to the email address associated with your account, not necessarily a preferred one.

I've gone through my spam/junk folders with a fine tooth comb; nothing to be found. I really like the game and am really looking forward to this promo. can the promotions dept. send me a code?

Okay, would anyone else attempt to help me please? My previous contact doesn't want to respond to my questions, it seems. The original T&C claimed I would receive my "Ascend: Hand of Kul" Souls Pack token by the 13th of September. It is now October 5th still; no code. I purchased my games, Am I not entitled to my reward? Someone help me understand this please.
