Still waiting for Microsoft Points from a dashboard promotion

I had posted this in forum 14, but I guess it belongs here now.

Promotion details: Dashboard promotion. 600 Microsoft Points for renewing a 12 month Xbox Live gold subscription using a pre-paid card.

Date of purchase: 14/01/12

Promo item: 600 Microsoft Points

I have checked all e-mails associated with my account. I haven't recieved any with 600 Microsoft Points.
