Yeah i know they're supposedly tracked which is why i cannot understand that it is not just a simple fix.
It will be obviously clear that i have not used my " assigned code" and i want to clam it basically. - I DID NOT receive any confirmation of this promo in any other way except for the message through the dashboard itself; IF they did however send you an email alongside the promo then this would solve a lot of heart ache!!!!
Optionally - don't make it so easy to press delete as the first option on the message, have a " are you sure" option for The XBOX LIVE messages. not nessesarily all messages.
