Still Haven't Received my Just Cause 2 Code

I purchased, downloaded, and played Just Cause 3 XL on December 25th.  I have been checking my Xbox live messages daily, and still have not received my code.  It is now January 8th.  I have been back and forth several times with tech support, and no one has resolved this issue. Can someone please help me? Thank you.

Thanks for your patience with this. Because of the Holidays there was a slightly delay on codes being sent out, but keep an eye this week with your Xbox Live Messages. If you don't receive anything by the end of the week please create a new thread and let us know. Thank you!
