STILL haven't received Gears of War 3 Beta bonuses

So, I recently bought Gears of war Ultimate Edition(The deluxe version to boot). I was pleased to see my beta rewards in the game! But remembered that I still haven't gotten my Cole Train character and flaming weapon skins.. I know this is an old issue, for a game that's probably dropped off your radar, but I really feel that this problem should be rectified. I've contacted the developer, Epic Games, but that went nowhere as I was referred to Xbox support and there's only so much they could do.I know the game is old, but I highly doubt with today's technology, that my bonuses can't be given to me. I've always pre-purchased ever game in the series, and the largest editions at that. Epic edition and all.  I really, truly hope this can be fixed. Thank you.

Sorry to hear you never received those items.  However, as the game is very old I don't think there's going to be anything anyone here will be able to do to help with it.

I'm aware the game has aged a bit, but a game on the Atari Jaguar is "very old".  Xbox live claims to be the most advanced online gaming service out there, and that statement isn't without its truths. But I've had this issue for 3 years and I've been tossed around to enough people and links to know when an issue isn't being taken seriously. If no one here will be able to help, then where is some one who can?  3 years of this is unacceptable.

Yes. They Just refer me right back to Xbox support. I mean, it's been almost 4 years. And this seriously is still an issue. Is there ANYWHERE that will help? Literally anywhere. I'll go to a *** brothel if some one there can assist me. The support team won't help, multiple forums don't turn up anything. I'm out of ideas. Do I need to contact The Coalition? Will they even be  able to help?

If you're asking about contacting The Coalition then you haven't contacted the developer yet as they are the developers

The Coalition did not develop Gears of War 3. Epic Games did. That company has moved on and broken off from it's contract with Microsoft. The Coalition is now the developer of the Gears of War franchise. I had previously contacted Epic Games, but was always referred to Xbox Support. My question was to find out if contacting the new stewards of the franchise(The Coalition), would result in them being able to help. I hope I'm being clear.
