Redeem 12 month Xbox Live Points

In January at the start of this year I redeemed my xBox Live subscription from the marketplace and it said I would receive microsoft points (200-800 maybe, can't remember), when I contacted the xBox Live support they said I would have to wait a few months so I happily did, but now almost 10 months down the line I still haven't received the extra points I was promised and my Live subscription is almost over. Please help, I'm tired of asking.

Hey there Azzax! Do you happen to remember when you did this renewal? Also, were you still showing Gold at the time you renewed, or did you go back to Free for a bit? Also, these points would have been emailed to you as a code. Can you please check both your WLID and contact ( email, including all junk, spam, and trash folders? Let us know if they turn up, thanks!
