I have pre-ordered Rainbow Six Siege on November 17, 2015 for the included promotion. Download codes for Rainbow Six Vegas and Vegas 2. I have not received the codes yet. It has been well over a month and a half.
I checked my email (inbox/spam/trash), also my Xbox messages and nothing.
I contacted Xbox Live support about a week ago and was referred to the game developer - Ubisoft. I sent an email to them and received a prompt response. I was told they are unable to help me because I purchased it through Xbox Live and that it is on xbox live. I was also told to request level 2 escalation (dont know what that is).
After recontacting xbox live support again I was told to delete my profile/restart the console and check the ready to install list. It did not fix the issue. Still unable to download the games.
