Promotional Microsoft Points not recieved?

On the 25/01/2012, I purchased 12 months gold Xbox Live, which came with 1 month extra and 800 Microsoft points. I have received the 13 Months of gold, however i still have not received the points? I have been waiting a long time for them and i need them quickly as I have wanted to make a purchase for a long time, this is making me resilient to purchase any points again from microsoft. Hey Dan! I'm sorry you haven't located those points yet, they should have been sent to one of the emails listed to your account? Have you checked all emails tied to this GT? Including your WLID and preferred accounts, as well as all spam/junk/trash folders?
