Promotion Points Problem

I checked my billing account and i saw that i had 1160 promotion points that expire in 30th of June,so i decided to buy some things.

According to billing info,Promotional points with expiration dates are automatically redeemed first before purchased points.

I had also 1360 points on my account from purchased card points.

The problem is that the game i bought for 400 was taken from promotion points AND my own purchased points.

So my biling profile is now 760 promotion points and 960 purchased points.

Please support team resolve my issue.

I phoned support like you said and my problem was resolved,im really happy that my country's phone support is so great and that i got an excellent representer.She was great.
