Promotion for Birthday

I recently completed a birthday promotion in order to receive a free red controller.  I realized I still hadn't received it, and when I checked my billing address on my profile, I realized I hadn't updated my new address since my recent move a few months ago.  I have now updated my address, and am wondering if I can be sent my reward, as I never received it.  Please respond, and let me now what can be done.  Thank you for your help.

I believe you're referring to the birthday gift from the Rewards program (for being on the Legend tier for MyAcheivements). The gift is 20 points, not a controller. The controllers are only images used on the site. The points would have been automatically added to your pending list during the month of your birthday as long as you qualified on the 1st of that month.
