Problem with raptr promotion

I am currently a rapr member and recently received a reward for Free 1month of xbox live + 2 arcade games. i claim the reward and it takes me to to xbox.com where i have to put in my card info and confirm a purchase of $0.00. but when i click confirm purchase i see "this action cannot be performed at this time please try again later, for more info contact support. so i contacted support and the man helping me said since raptr is a new partner there are some technical difficulties when redeeming the reward and to try again in a couple hours. so i just tried again (13 hours later) and still nothing got the same message. can anyone help me? not sure if the problem is on my end or not. btw i double checked my card info, and yes its legit i am the owner of the account.

Update, its been more then 26 hours. Forgot to change the time from the last post in another section of the froums.

yes it is all correct. I cleared my cookies and cache but it still comes up with the same message

UndeadNinja, this is a long shot but maybe this is the case for you. Are you currently in the United States? And is the account you are using set to United States? Can you please check what country/region your account is set to here. It should say under Country/Region. This promotion is only available to users in the United States, I figure this might be a reason why you are getting this error.

okay, I managed to get it to work (I just re-entered my credit card info) and I got the free month of live, but when I entered the codes for the games, they did not download. it said they redeemed fine, but they didnt download and they are not in my download history

If the games are not in your Download History, can you try redeeming the codes again on your console. Let me know if you get an error here. If they say they were already redeemed, is it possible you accidentally redeemed them on another account, perhaps on Xbox.com? Let me know, thanks!
