Problem with Microsoft Points...

Here is what I told your live chat...

I purchased a year of XBOX live on 11/11/11 after seeing that you advertised on the dashboard that 800 free points were included with the purchase. After not recieving them for a few days, I called XBOX live support and the lady told me that it usually takes 6 weeks for them to be sent. It has been a few months and I have yet to recieve them.

We figured out that it was this deal...

William: Ah, here we are. 12 month subscription purchase after expiration. Points bonus - 800.

(It falls under the time when I purchased it)

I wished I hadn't waited so long to send in my complaint, as I have missed many deals that I could not participate in without those points, but it would be nice to finally have at least the 800.

Thanks, and i will post a picture of an elephant in attempt to get a compensation for my inconvenience. (BF3 Back to Karkand Expansion Pack wink wink)

Now, about your missing promo points: points like this are usually sent to you as a code via email. Can you please check both your WLID and contact email (live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences) for this code, including all junk, spam, and trash folders? Let me know if you find it, thanks!
