Office 365 and Xbox Live for 12 months

To whom it may concern,

 

I purchased the office 365 software and was supposed to receive a code for Xbox live for 12months in August 2013.  It is now November and I still have not received an email with the code to redeem the Xbox live membership.  I would like some help with this please.  I have checked my spam folder and also my email and it is not in either.

Had you ordered this from the Microsoft Store?  If so, have you called them back to ask about why you have not received the offer?

Also, have you check all spam/junk folders in emails associated with your account?

I am in the same boat.  I have called every Microsoft support number including the one at the office.com/xbox site 3 times over the last 6 weeks but have not received a satisfactory answer as yet.

You should try contacting the Microsoft Store instead of support.  The store should have more information on the offer.

I bought my subscription of Office 365 Home Premium on September 20 and have yet to receive my code. I have called both the Microsoft Store and Xbox Support, and they both send me to the other saying its not their responsibility to award me a code. I have been hung up on twice by Xbox Support because they did not want to deal with my problem. I don't know what to do now! Why is it so difficult for Microsoft to honor the offer?! This is starting to feel like a scam!
