Not received 800 points from new annual subscription

I took out a new annual subscription on 4/Feb/12 (paid in full) and not discounted. I was supposed to get 800 points free as a part of this but still haven't received this. No one seems to be able to answer this and keep getting passed onto some other new place to ask the question. Can someone please help?

Hey there MrJDK! Were there any other details to the promotion, such as a bonus month? Also, can you confirm that you've checked all emails linked to your Gamertag for said mail? This includes your WLID and preferred contact (live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences) as well as all spam, junk and trash folders. Let us know! :)

Hi, I'm afraid I don't have any details of the offer but I believe that it ended in February not long after I took out the subscription. I can confirm that I have checked all of the folders of my email/contact details and have not received anything regarding this.
