No points received for Gold renewal

I renewed my 12 month gold subscription in Jan 2012 with a prepaid code.

I did this through a dashboard offer to receive 600 points for renewing my subscription.

I received an email confirming the renewal on 06/01/2012

The next email I received was from Xbox LIVE Rewards saying that "Your Xbox LIVE Rewards Membership is Now Active‏" dated 28/02/2012

I have not received the points or had any email communication to acknowledge that they will be credited.

Hey GreyAlphaWolf! Glad you came to us! Can you confirm that you have checked all emails linked to your GT? This includes your WLID but also your preferred emails, as well as, your spam, junk and trash folders. Let us know!

Hi there, I can confirm that I have checked all the emails and folders you mentioned and can not find anything relating to the dashboard offer points.
