questions may be answered but results are not happening. This not just wrong and very to no support is recieved from xbox, microsoft or 343 industries in this matter for those that have not recieved anything.

I have been trying to get help for a month  now from either this site, or halo 4 forum with bs angel.

My issue it that I brought my son and myself halo 4. We did not realize you had to have the limited edition to have the access code to get past SR 70. Now all the sites say that the codes have been emailed out. Niether of us got an email from anyone with the code. I have been trying to get someone to help me with this. I have put info out there that it ask for and you always get a generated message saying the same crap.

I know that the codes have been sent out. BUT, if you did not get the email, then what is next. I even called xbox and the guy I talked to said you had to go to haolo 4 forum and look up bs angel for help. I have sent 3 emails to him with no reply. The same type generated message is in the forum. The issue is since the codes have supposely been sent to everyone that had the regular game prior to 11/20/12. WHat do you do if you still have not recieved it.

and has been playing same as me.

I need someone to tell me what to do next to get the darn codes. It can't be that hard this day and age of computers anc communications.

I am not upset with you, please do not think that. I am very frustrated with this and the support that I have been given in both places. 343 industries has no way to contact any one and that is just plane @@@ stupid.

If you didn't get an email but were eligible for the code, you'd have gotten a message over Xbox Live from the 'LIVE' system with the code inside. If you haven't gotten a code by now, it's safe to assume you won't be getting one and will have to wait until the Specialisations become available for everyone.

that is not the correct answer to the issue. They need to fix the problem that they have .

You won't get an email at this point. It'll be a message over Xbox Live, if you get the code.

again, you post the same forum response, that seems to be all anyone does, no offense, but it appears NO ONE associated with xbox can do anything but post the forum page listed above. so again, no help there either
