Never recieved my promotional points

Hi, Just got off from your live support (Jherica) was VERY helpful and pointed me here :)

 

Anywhoo, back in January there was a promotion where by if i renewed my subscrption to gold via bank card or pre-paid card i would be awarded 400ms points, so i bought a pre-paid card that day and followed the link, used to card to add my 12 month gold subscription.  since then i have had nothing and its well over the 6-8 weeks now.  Can you help?

I just wanted to clarify that you did check both your WLID and contact email (live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences), correct? If not, please check both and let me know if you find it there. Thanks!
