Hey there Lofedog! I see you have taken part in a promotion and have yet to receive your points. Promo points like this are generally sent to you as a code via email. Can you please check both your WLID and contact (live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences) email addresses, including all junk, spam, and trash folders? Let me know if it turns up there, thanks!

I've checked my email and contact info and everything is up to date and valid.

I've also checked my email and can't find anything, it should be noted that I had spoken to a Microsoft representative  in january and they said it would take until at least february to get the points the representative also told me that the points would be added directly to my account, not by email. So there is a chance that the email got deleted accidentally, because I wasn't on the look out for it, and I clear out my email about once a month. I talked to the representative

If it helps, the promo was a holiday promo that had to do with redeeming a pre-paid 12 month gold membership card through the promo to receive 600 points.

The promo was during the christmas season and I used it on december 26 2011.
