On January 2, 2012, I renewed my membership for 12 months at a discounted rate and was supposed to get 600 points deposited in my account. It has since been over several months and I have not been given these points. I was curious as to what is going on as that offer was the deciding factor in prompting me to renew my membership. I originally emailed Xbox Customer Support about my issue but was told to post on the forums. I have checked my various email folders and have not found an email containing a code to redeem my points. Thank you in advance for your help!
