Need help have not received my points !

basically on 21 march 2012 i bought 3 months + 1 month free on the xbl dashboard. it also stated i would receive a free 440 microsoft points however to this day i have not received anything ! im a bit frustrated to say the least. well i dont really know what to do know and i thank anyone for an opinon on this subject btw i cant call up xbl support at this moment as my phone line has been ruined. thanks anyway guys !
