My Xbox live rewards acct is STILL not active.....

My gamer tag is FNHUSA57

On Wednesday NOV 7     I signed up for XBOX live rewards.  I did this at 12:00 noon EST.   Later that day i got an email   that follows....

 

"Hi FNHUSA57,

  We're excited to let you know that your Xbox LIVE Rewards membership is now active. Now that you’re in, it's time to begin earning Microsoft Points® for doing what you do best – having fun!

It has now been way past 36 hours...more like 72 hours and still do not have it.

 The whole reason I signed up for the rewards was to be able to -play the Halo $ Combat Tour....I'm running out of time to get my  minimum 35 hours of online multiplayed prior to the end of Nov.
