I am writing in relation to the holiday punchcard (ran December 1st to December 31st) in which you earn a punch each time £10.05 is spent on xbox market place purchases (games music movies etc) up to a maximum of five punches to earn a 7500 credit reward. Over December I spent approx £80 on the X Box store and I have checked all purchases met the criteria. However, I have only received one punch by the 31st December, which I believe is wrong since I met all criteria and spent well beyond what was required.
As the promotion ended January 1st I am unable to check the status of my punchcard now but I want to see the credits I should have received in my account as I have earned them, it is a small thing to ask considering I must have spent thousands of pounds on Microsoft hardware/software over the years!
Come on Microsoft, Sort it out!
By the way, tried contacting X Box Rewards Team on Twitter several times, got zero replay, very poor customer service IMHO, contacted X Box support, they said to post. If this doesn't get it sorted I'll be telephoning as this is not acceptable!
