My account has access to Preview but I have no app or message

So I have chatted with like 5 ambassadors about this issue.

I was invited to the preview program like 2 months ago and didn't receive an invite in 2 weeks or so, so this was the first time I contacted an ambassador.

Was told this issue was taken care and I would receive it in 48 hours, now I've been told this 3 extra times and still nothing. 

Just today I talked to someone on support and they said that my account already has access to the preview program and that I should check out the preview program forums. I don't have access to the forum but still apparently my account has the preview access.

Didn't know if anyone else was having this issue and if there was a solution.

Well two things first please cbecm your enforcement.xbox.com history if you have any history within the past year you wont be able to get inti rhe preview until 1 year after the issue of the suspension

2Nd phone support cant confirm if you were accepted or not they can only see if you wrre invited

Being invited doesnt garentee you will be accepted thats only the first of 3 stages

If you havent downloaded the preview app then you havrnt been accepted yet and is highly unlikely now

Each stage is done in waves and have waiting lists

You will havr to wait for a miderator to allow you access

But at this point in time if you havrnt been accepted yet and havr the preview app the wait will be a long time

The preview has limited room and is near capacity if not full alreadyand they are being mote selective with the 1000s they have on the waiting list
