missing points after renewal

I signed up for the Rewards back in December. Bought a new a 6months Gold membership in which I should get some points. still haven't received them but the rewards page says wait up to 96hrs. What gives????

On the topic of the 6 month membership I should have received some codes for downloadable games. Still haven't got those either! please someone help me!!!!!

was you orginally silver m8 because if thats the case you wont be eligable for the points you only eligable if you renewed your gold account while you was a gold member

I dont know how true this is because everytime I would run out of gil I would put a 1 month on my account and recieve 10 points, but I just upgraded to a 12 month and I was suppossed to get 200 points and I did not recieve any at all.

Hi darth: It sounds like you purchased your 6-month Gold membership through some sort of dash promotion. Unfortunately, that membership does not count for our Rewards program. The downloadable games would be handled by a different forum, so I'm going to move your post there so you can get this figured out! Thanks!

Hey there Darth! Codes for these games are being sent about 4-6 weeks from the end of the promotion, which should be coming up pretty soon! Sit tight, and make sure that your WLID and contact (live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences) emails are up to date and we'll get those to you as soon as we can. Thanks!
