Microsoft Points still not recived

hi my name is chris. earlier 2day i contacted xbox customer support concerning an offer i participated in many months ago from the xbox360 dashbooard . The offer was that if i had spent a total of over 2400 microsoft points in the month of october i would recive 800 microsoft points back into my account. i am wrighting because i still havent received the points that were promised to me for this offer and the xbox customer support has told me that this is were i can have this problem resolved. it would be much appreciated if you could get back to me as soon as possible
