Killer Instinct "welcome to the new generation" Code

On November 6th I was sent an email saying that a code for Killer Instinct and all of the character unlocks would be sent to my inbox on Nov. 22nd. After not receiving this code I talked to two different agents who assured me they would help correct this problem. After giving me my case number (1225226664) and waiting 5 days I got a message back from customer support saying I was illegible after they supposedly reviewed my case. After getting this response, I sent the same agent who contacted me a copy of my original email saying I got the code. The reply I got back was:  "Unfortunately, this issue is actually handled by another team. Since Xbox is so large, there is a team dedicated to rewards issues. Our Xbox Live Rewards team would be able to work with you to figure out why you are having this issue, and bring it to a resolution." and sent me here to get my issue fixed. At this point, I am feeling very unhappy and feel like I am just getting the run-around. Can someone please help me with my issue and send me my code?

I think this is an Xbox One issue......   That game is unavailible for the 360 console.  Did you check the spam folder of your e-mail client????    GOOD LUCK!!!!

Thanks, I apparently need all of the luck I can get. Yes it is an Xbox One issue. Apparently the moderator moved my topic into the 360 forums after they decided the place I was sent to by the agent was wrong. Sigh.....

I also checked my spam folder for the email before I even contacted Xbox with my issue. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I too am having a similar issue and didn't receive any email on the 22nd. As described in my forum post here forums.xbox.com/.../1639804.aspx  

As you can see from the answer I was given I was directed to this forum where I guess I will post my plight once more. However I saw your thread seemed to be of a similar issue and decided to head in here first. I called 1800-4my-xbox last night and was directed to the above forums which apparently wasn't the correct area to get help in either.

Nice to know I am not the only one to get xboned. haha. Seriously though, why am I getting the impression that this is where they send problems to go to be forgotten? I am feeling very VERY disappointed with xbox right now. I just shelled out close to $600 for their new system and they can't even be bothered to send me a code for a game that was supposedly promised to me for being a loyal customer. I am still trying to wrap my head around why the xbox customer rep who helped me with this issue before said to me that I was "illegible" for this offer after they sent me this email that said I was. " Don't worry, we'll remind you" indeed.
