On November 6th I was sent an email saying that a code for Killer Instinct and all of the character unlocks would be sent to my inbox on Nov. 22nd. After not receiving this code I talked to two different agents who assured me they would help correct this problem. After giving me my case number (1225226664) and waiting 5 days I got a message back from customer support saying I was illegible after they supposedly reviewed my case. After getting this response, I sent the same agent who contacted me a copy of my original email saying I got the code. The reply I got back was: "Unfortunately, this issue is actually handled by another team. Since Xbox is so large, there is a team dedicated to rewards issues. Our Xbox Live Rewards team would be able to work with you to figure out why you are having this issue, and bring it to a resolution." and sent me here to get my issue fixed. At this point, I am feeling very unhappy and feel like I am just getting the run-around. Can someone please help me with my issue and send me my code?
