I haven't received my 800 points for 12 months gold

I signed up to Gold membership in January and it stated I would receive 800 points but I haven't received them, please can someone help !!??

HI I have checked my spam and normal inbox since January and I have not received any points emails on there, my contact preferences are right and don't understand why nothing has been sent.
