I have not recived my 600 Microsoft Points from the 12 month renewal promotion

Promotion Details: The promotion was to redeem a 12-month pre-paid subscription card for XBL Gold and receive 600 MS points back in return.
Date of Purchase: I redeemed my 12-month subscription on the Jan. 3
Promo Item(s): 600 MSP

 

I checked all email folders and contact information.

You may have to contact support about this issue. There are a few people with this problem but if you phone support give them the infromation you have provided here they should sort it out for you. Also say you have posted this on the forum's as they sometime's redirect you to here.

Dignitas Curtis - that's not quite correct. Official Support agents on here (Miss Kleo, Mister Gwyther, Mister Fitzer, Mister Darcy, Mister Barakus and myself) can assist with this issue, and it's perfectly acceptable for customers of promotions to post here looking for a resolution. :)
