i have not received my microsoft points afther getting my xbox live gold renew
its been a month an half now i have not received my points. it was post on xbox 360 live on the console the points was for 400 or 800 i like know was the deal with this a problem i love to get what was offer to me
Hello PWA68! Thanks for your post. :) These promotions are fulfilled by sending out a token for the MSP of the offer to your email. This typically takes 6-8 weeks from the end of the promotion. Since we just hit the 6 week mark, there's still 2 weeks in
the delivery window. What I can suggest is that you monitor your email address associated with your account (as well as your contact email, if you've provided a different one), as those points should be showing up very soon. :) Let us know if you don't receive
them within 2 weeks, and we'll try and find them for you! :)
