I have bought the frozen fortnite legends pack as a gift and I have not received anything but if they charged

Excuse me but I had a purchase error since my friend DRPAIN069 bought me as a gift in the xbox store the pack of frozen legends of fortnite I sent it to me as I started the game and it is not my skins please take help me they bought it on December 26, 2018
Did your friend gifted you the wrong item by accident? You might want to contact your friend and official support for a possible refund.
I always enjoyed gaming, but my social skills will never improve.

Have you checked your purchase history to make sure the code has applied properly?

If it has applied properly, try signing out then signing back in again on Xbox Live to see if that corrects the issue.

they have lent me the account of DRPAIN069 and if their purchase history comes out the gift that the pack of frozen legends of fortnite did to me but as I say, I have not received a code or even a message from xbox live.
