I didn't receive $20 in credits from the $5 promo

I submitted 4 receipts for $15 Xbox Live cards on May 31 and still have not gotten emails for the 4 $5 codes.  I previously submitted 6 receipts and had no problems, so I know I did the process correctly and also stayed within the 10 rewards limit.  Thank you for any help!

Do you know the time that you submitted the receipts on the 31st? The promo ended at 9pm (PT) on that date, so providing you submitted your receipts before that time, then my advice would be to just give it a little more time. It may be down to a slight delay. Give it another week and if you still haven't heard back, then please do let us know.

I live in CA and submittted them around 8pm...  The first ones submitted were taken care of really quick, that's the only reason I'm concerned.  I'll let you know on Thu or Fri if I still haven't received credits, or sooner if I get them.  Thanks for your help!
