I did not receive my Killer Instinct characters, as the email and Xbox Live message said.

As the title says I did not receive my character redemption email. I'm quite distraught about this, and would love some help from you fine email-checker-upper/promotional-fixer/awesome-people. I'm super excited to play KI with the characters I should have gotten to redeem. I just got my Xbox One yesterday, and I'd love to play it :) Thanks in advance, everyone :D
