Haven't received the credit for renewing my Xbox live membership

My Xbox live membership ran out and on the dashboard there was the offer of receiving $15 for renewing your membership. After it gave the options of 1 month, 3 months or a year and the different values of reward received depending on the renewal. I renewed my membership on the 18 of June directly by clicking on the offer but have not received any credit for this. It isn't even in my list of pending credits.

The digital code will be digitally sent to you within 4 weeks. If the code is not sent 4 weeks after renewing, post back so we can take a look! :)
