Haven't received my promotional points and I have waited the 6-8 weeks.

As the subject says, I haven't received my 600 Microsoft points from a promotional offer prompting me to activate 12 months of Xbox Live gold in exchange for 600 Microsoft points.  I have waited the 6-8 weeks and still have not received anything.  I contacted Microsoft and they redirected me here so... here I am.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Promo points are usually sent out via email, so can you please check both your WLID and contact (live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences) email, including all junk, spam, and trash folders? Let me know if you find them, thanks!
