Haven't received my five free games for the 6 month gold crazy larry promotion.

It's been six to eight weeks and I haven't seen anything in regards to my free games. I've checked my spam folder and have been constantly keeping an eye out for my email. Help please...

Hello MoobyJ: Can you do me a favor and be more specific on the date you purchased the 6 months. You can check at Http://billing.microsoft.com. Also can you check your Contact Preferences(live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences) to ensure your checking the correct E-mail account. Thanks!

It says that I purchased my gold membership 4/1/12. However, in checking my personal information on the billings page it had a extremely old contact email that I hadn't used since the original Xbox days. That email account was discontinued years ago when I changed my ISP. I updated my information to my currently active emails account.
