I renewed my brothers account, this one, on January 7 of this year and he has not received an email or has had any microsoft points placed in his account. This account is a child account and my account, Chubbums, is the adult account it's under. I used a retail prepaid 12 month card in the promotion and from the promotion link itself. I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but on March 3 I redeemed a 1 month code on this account, in order to keep our renewal dates in the same month with my account. Either way it's been 3 whole months after the promotion ended and would like this problem resolved.
Forgot to mention this account was going to expire originally on January 14.
