Have not recieved email for free game for gold membership upgrade

I purchased a promotional offer on March 11, 2011 and was supposed to receive an e-mail asking me for what free game I would like. This offer went from March 7, 2011 through March 14, 2011. This is now the second forum I filled out about this, and not including how many hours I spent on the phone with the customer service. Can I please just have this taken care of, I believe I have been more than patient concerning this issue and really just want closure to the offer I purchased 3 months ago for a year subscription of gold 20% off and a free game.
