Have not received promotional point for renewal

I re-upped my 12 month live subscription using a third party purchased renewal card back in the beginning of April and I still have not received my 600 promotional xbox points for doing so. I have waited the required 6-8 weeks that I was told and would appreciate it if someone would take care of this.

Hey there Pigeon! I understand you are missing some promo points here. Can you please check both your WLID and contact (live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences) email, including all junk, spam, and trash folders? Let me know if they turn up there, thanks!

I have checked my preferrences and my all of my email folders and still have not been able to find them.
