yes. I called the Xbox number and they were trying to help me with my issue about the free games. In April, I signed up for an XBOX promotion that stated if I signed up for 6 months, I would receive several games for free. The woman I spoke to today gave me an SR number (I can give you that number in a private message if you'd like). The thing is that they sent the free video games promotion to the wrong email address. (I had requested that the mail email be changed since I no longer have access to that email). Hope this helps.
