Have not received: Dashboard 600 Microsoft Points Promotion pre-paid card renewal

On January 14th I booted my Xbox and was greeting with a promotion for a bonus 600 points if I renewed using a prepaid card. Already having bought the prepaid card, entering it at that time was a no brainer. Free points! Duh! I have seen that it takes 6-8 weeks to process. It has now been 11 weeks. I have been checking both my email accounts associated with my xbox live and have not received any email notifications besides my usual xbox new letters and xbox rewards monthly emails. Any help is appreciated.

Same for me. My Gold account was about to expire on January 25th. I've gotten the offer a week before I had to renew. I also renewed through my pre-paid 12 month card. I read that receiving the points may take up to 6-8 weeks after the promotion has ended. 9 weeks has passed now and I still haven't received any Microsoft Points, let alone any notification about them.

Maybe we are out of luck Hasanodom. They don't seem to interested in addressing this issue...

Actually, as of Friday this thread is actually in the wrong forum. They split the special offers forums into one for just the rewards program and one for dashboard promotions. So you may want to try reposting in the correct forum - forums.xbox.com/.../2505.aspx
