Have not received 600 MSP from renewing xbox live gold in December

Hi,

I renewed my gold subscription before it expired in December using a prepaid card through a dashboard promotion that said I would get 600 points for renewing there before my subscription expired. I have not received the points. Can someone help me with this?

Also, these promo points are sent to you via email. Can you check both your WLID and contact email (live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences) inbox, including all spam, junk, and trash folders? Also, do you receive other promotional emails from us? Let me know, thanks!

I renewed my subscription on Dec 22, 2011

I checked my email folders and have not received any email. I do receive other xbox.com promotional emails
