Have not received 400 MS Points for renewing XBL Gold early.

Promo Details: Renew early through this dashboard promo, and receive MS Points. Must use prepaid 12-month card to get 400 MS Points.

Last year, in April, a promo on my dashboard appeared. It told me that I if renewed my soon-to-be-up subscription before it expired, I would be given 400 MS Points as a thank you. It instructed me to use a prepaid 12-month card and to enter in the code directly through this dashboard promo.

I purchased and then entered my prepaid code on April 20th, 2012. I still haven't received those points, nor have I received any messages about them via XBL or email.
