Halo 4 Ghost prop and Warrior armour e-mail problem

Hello.

I still haven't received my e-mail containing the codes for the Halo 4 ghost prop and 2 Warrior Armour skins. I was one of the first 400 to answer the Halo questions correctly and was told that I'd be given my codes around the 5th of November.

I know a few other people that also were told they'd get the items, but haven't received an e-mail yet. All of them are using a hotmail account, same as me. In fact, one of my friends that took part in the give-away was after me (as I told him about it) and got his codes on the 6th (he was using a Gmail account for the record).

I have double checked all my junk folders and only have the one e-mail linked to my GamerTag (although I'll be linking another one from now on). Is there anyway to get the original e-mail/codes resent out, or sent to my Gmail if I link it? I'm not looking for a new set of codes, I just want to have access to the ones I should of got originally.

Yea same situation here, me and my sister both entered this comp, answered all five questions correct and was told the prize is coming, both used hotmail as contact email, and for the record it is the same email to log into our account with. Nothing so far, please look into this.

Hey there guys! Can you please check both your MS Account and contact (live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences) email, including all junk, spam, and trash folders? Let us know if you find it there, thanks!

Check your spam folder first. Then if not then check the power up rewards site they have on occasion sent it to me via that.

I have checked both my contact email and my login email (two been different) same for my sister, nothing.

I've re-checked my spam/junk folder several times, double checked any deleted e-mails and signed in several times to the Rewards site and still nothing.

I'll get a few others to check and post here if they've still not received anything.
