halo 4 armour customization code

I have recently talked to a xbox support chat lady and she said to post here about the problem i am having.

i have gathered all the requirements for the halo 4 armour unlock( the  one to keep levelling up) and i dont think i have recieved it as of yet. I am over 17, live in australia have played before the cut off date. Also i have checked both email accounts (junk and delted) i dont think i have recieved it.

yeah  i have read the forum post, but the support lady just said to post it here, because apparently some xbox or microsoft enforcement team is going to get in touch...

Hey keendawgg! I'm afraid we aren't able to resend those codes. You should have received both an email and an Xbox LIVE Message including your code so make sure to thoroughly check both places! If you aren't able to locate it, unfortunately you'll have to wait until the specializations become available to everyone. Hope this helps clear things up!
