I've recently signed up for the Gold-60% Off 3 Months deal for £6.

Why is there a £51 CHARGE for a 6,000 Microsoft Points?

Additionally, its close to impossible to get support on the matter on line, other than having to call the Customer Service.

If you're concerned about other charges showing up on your account, you'll have to call support. Phone support are the only ones who handle billing issues.

Correct. Please call our Phone Support, they can help you figure out where the charge came from and rectify it if need be. :)

Also, why can I not get this, it says that "This promotional offer is not available
