free microsoft points

Hi i spoke with one of your agents on support chat and  told him i purchased 3+1 gold membership on 27/3/2012 which also included free microsoft points.I am not sure if it was 400 or 800 but i still have not recieved them.I got an e-mail yesterday which told me i had a free gift and was told to follow the link which i did.It took me to the redeem code page and said there would be a code in the box but there was no code.I then e-mailed back stating i didn't get the code and requested they send me another code but i have had no reply back.Your agent suggested i contact the promotional specialist through the forum and ask if they can provide me with a manual replacement.Hoping someone can sort this out for me
