Free 600 Microsoft Points not Recieved from Xbox Live Gold Pre-Paid Card Renewal Promotion

Hi, On the 24th March I renewed my Gold through a promotion that appeared on the Dashboard that said if I used a pre-paid card I would receive 600 microsoft points for free. It has been more than 8 weeks since my renewal and I still have not received the points. I have checked all the folders I could on my email listed in both my contact preferences and my own Windows Live ID and still not found a code. Help please!
