Did`nt get my 400 points wrong email

Hey guys

I recently had the buy 3 months get one free plus 400 points but the email was sent to a closed down email account...I`ve now changed that and got the correct email in place..so is there a way to get the points re-sent to this correc email? I`ve contacted a rep and they sent me here. Thanks

Yes so last night another rep suggested I upgrade my account to my new email which I did..so the email that is now linked to my account is the correct one.
