Did not recieve points.

Back in Feb I renewed my Xbox Live Gold membership through a promo on my dashboard using a prepaid card. I was supposed to receive 600 MS points I believe. Obviously I have yet to receive these promised points. Can you rectify this situation please. :)

Hey there Jonesy! These points are usually sent as a code to you via email. Can you check both your WLID and contact (live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences) emails, including all junk, spam, and trash folders. Let me know if you find it, thanks!

I checked all possible folders. Unfortunatly it's not there.
